Women's Bible Studies - Fall 2024

The Women's Ministry of GBC offers a variety of Bible studies for ladies throughout the year. These studies take place during the week and most of them include childcare with registration. Classes typically meet on a school semester schedule but have varying start/end dates. See the list below to find a study that's right for you, then click the link to sign up!

 

The Common Thread: Tracing God's Faithfulness from Abraham to You

There's a special promise in the Bible that extends from Genesis to Revelation. This study presents that promise - God's covenant with Abraham. As you track the story of God's faithfulness, you'll see how his promise with Abraham blesses the whole world through the Jewish people.

 

In this study of II Corinthians, Kelly helps us discover afresh a letter we may have thought we already knew.  We’ll learn how to deal with our own “thorns in the flesh," Christ’s power in our weaknesses and his comfort in our sufferings, the blessings and power of generosity, what it means to "live for Christ," and truths from less familiar passages that may surprise and change our lives.

Participants Will Purchase Their Own Book

WOM involves women in Christ-centered community service activities in many areas: GBC Clothes Closet, International Friends, Nursing Home Ministry, Church Health Center, and many others.
